We manufacture specialized drills for the installation of winter poles, developed according to the requirements of road maintenance. The working process with our drill significantly shortens the installation time and reduces road maintenance costs. You do not need annual sharpening and repair of poles, as no hammering is required for installation, thus preventing damage. The stakes for installation do not require sharpening. The machine consists of the following elements:
- Machine 220V with a power of 1000W and a specially designed stainless steel holder that prevents the drill housing from rotating
- Safety clutch that prevents sudden dangerous jolts
- Drill housing that remains stationary while drilling. The screw conveyor in the tube pushes the material through openings in the drill housing
- Drill crown, which has a carbide tip and a special hard coating on the blades. Drill crowns are consumable parts that are replaced
Working process

- install the holder for the drill on your vehicle, which we can also manufacture for you.
- install the power supply unit
- at the location where it is necessary, drill a hole 30cm deep that is a few mm larger in diameter than the stake
- insert the stake into it and gently push it into the hole. With the first rain, the material settles and further stabilizes the stake

We are aware that drilling with the drill is not possible everywhere due to the nature of the terrain, which is why we offer you a quick and reliable solution for mounting winter poles directly onto the guide. Position the tip of the stake at the desired location, then install the clamp on the stake, stretch it, and clamp it onto the guide. When stretching, the part that grips the stake tightens and thus securely fixes it. If the guide is positioned sideways, you can still mount the stake vertically.
